A Spring card

This is my first Spring card of the year. I haven't had much time to make a lot of cards these past few days. I've been out trying to get donations for our Schools (Peace Lutheran) auction that is coming up in April.  It is just exhausting!! Our school is trying to make money to update our computer lab and expand on a fitness trail.  Our school only has about 50 kids and of course we don't receive grants or any other funds besides our tuitions. If anyone out there has been in the same situation as far as collecting donations and has a suggestion, please let me know.

I used a new technique today,  i started experimenting with this technique about a year ago and never really became an "expert" at, it's called brayer sky. It all started for me with Michele Zindorf.  She makes it all look so easy. I used an embossing folder on the background of the card and then gently inked the raised areas.  I used my scalloped circle spellbinder and inked the edges with my adirondack ink. The stamp is from one of my Stampin'up sets, the little flowers i punched and then added bling to the centers of each. My bow was made with a bow easy, using ribbon from Offray.
