Stars and Stripes

     I had to rush to get this card finished.  The High Hopes Challenge is about ready to end and i wanted to play in it this week.  Talk about procrastination, i've looked at that challenge for the last week and a half and i'm just now finishing.
     This stamp is from High Hopes and is called "Cowgirl Candace".   I colored it with Prisma colored Pencils, the paper is from a Vibrant stack from Walmart.   The stars i found in my stash and i added Stickles to it. This is the first time that i've used stickles and i'm not really impressed.  I'm going to have to do a search to find other ways to use it.  The Sentiment ticket is from Whimsy stamps. The bling is some that i won a long time ago.
