Christmas in July

Yes, I know no one wants to think about Christmas yet.  Obviously the blogger world does though because there are numerous Christmas challenges right now. You know how i am, i can't pass up an opportunity. LOL.

My card today is using one of my Favorite Christmas images from Meljen's Designs called "North Pole Critters". I won this some months back and i still love it today as i did then.  This was another attempt with Stickles.  I liked it a little better this time.  I used Liquid Applique for the bears hat and Rabbits tail, Glitter for the snow, colored with Copics and found the ric rac in my stash along with the poinsettia and tag.  I faux stitched along each of the triangles and used my white gel pen along it.

I went to a Stampin'up party this morning.  It is the new debut of the Catalog time. I really like the catalog ideas, but there aren't as many stamp sets that i'm "dying" to have this time. Maybe i can save some money. LOL.
