"TuTu" Sweet

     Hi everyone.  I finally finished my Meljens designs challenge card last night. She is called "tutu sweet". I used Patterned paper from DCWV and glitter paper from my stash.  The little flowers are Bridal Confetti colored with my Copic markers to match.  I added a little bling to the centers of the flowers and a butterfly with bling to the side. The strip of ribbon at the bottom is from Offray. The sentiment was mounted using spellbinders rectangles. I also used a glitter pen on the swirls around the girl, but you can't see it on the picture.
