Mission project #2

This is the second of 3 that i have ready for our gathering on Friday.  I don't think that i'm going to post #3 this time. I'm going  make you a little curious and have to come to find out.  LOL. All that i can say is that i'm in an Easter/Spring mood. I
was able to complete my embossing on this card before my EMBOSSING TOOL DIED last night. I had to drive 45 min. to buy a new one today.  That is something that i can't live without. My husband even uses it once in a while in the garage for something. Maybe thats why it died!
This card today was made using a Stampin'up stamp set called " Easter Blossoms" and my Ranger embossing powder. Just a sweet and simple card. I also decided to add a little color by adding chicks to the bottom with my Martha Stewart punch. The embossed flowers are from a Cuttlebug embossing folder and i used a little of my mesh ribbon behind the image. I know that this picture isn't the best, but i couldn't use my flash with the silver embossing powder. It would have blinded you and me both.

  2. I saw your card on MIM.
I love clean and simple cards that really stand out like this one, I find them rare, and they can be quite hard to make...
I have never tried embossing, but I am now a bit tempted to try it myself....
