After waiting until the last minute. lol. I finally came up with my final card for our Cardmaking mission gathering tomorrow night. I decided that we needed to try something different that we haven't tried as a group yet. What is it you ask? Watercoloring with distress inks. This Iris from Stampin place.com (i think) was colored with Dusty Concord, Shabby shutters distress ink and adirondack Peach Pellini ink. First, i embossed my iris with black embossing powder on watercolor paper and then i colored with my distress inks and a watercolor brush. I also used the opportunity to use my new Fluer de lis Spellbinders dies.
