It's that time again! Time for our monthly Mission gathering at Peace Lutheran that is. I've slowly finished my cards for Friday. There are just so many things that i want to do in the Paper Crafting world today, but i finally nailed down 2 of the ideas for this month. I thought that we'd try.
#1 Making fabric softener flowers and i also wanted to incorporate one of these awesome butterflies that i found at the Dollar tree and bought. It doesn't take much to excite me. LOL. You can view the tutorial on the flowers Here from Splitcoast stampers. I varied mine a bit and used 6 Scalloped Circles colored with a few drops Stampin'up refills mixed with a little H20 and soaked them in a tray, then allowed them to dry. I then added stickles glitter glue to each layer of the flower and around the outer edge of the card. I added the brad to the center and strip of pearls around that. The leaf is also from the Dollar tree. I just cut it off a stem and added it behind the flower.
