Guest Designer for The Christmas Card Challenge

I'm guest designer this month for the Christmas Card Challenge group. If you are a challenge nut like i am, this is a great way to get those Christmas or winter cards complete way ahead of time.  If you've followed my blog for awhile you know that i was guest designer for this same group last October to.  I was very honored to be asked to do it again this October.

For the challenge this week at the Christmas Card Challenge blog it is to use the Colors of Blue, Yellow, Orange and  Ivory.  Now this was a real challenge for me, because none of those colors scream Christmas to me.  I used a Bugaboo digital stamp that i had in my stash called "Bird Snowman"

Digital stamp from Bugaboo
Sentiment-Stampin'up
Colored print cardstock and Trim-Michaels
Oval Spellbinders dies
Snow Writer-Marvy Uchida
Snowflake Buttons

The Horse show went really well yesterday.  My Daughter rode her horse for the first time in a show and did very well.  She also rode 2 drawn horses and placed 1st in the 2 foot jump and 5th in walk/trot.  Not to shabby at all.  She came home with 5 ribbons total.
