Just realized my Tuesday post is missing

For some unknown reason my card that i posted on Tuesday has totally disappeared.  I've never had this happen before.
 
Here is the Card but i Don't remember all of the challenges i entered it in. This really stinks!!!
 
This was also a card the was published in TTCRD Online Magazine Holiday Bonus issue.
