MY PROJECT OF THE WEEK For Repeat Impressions

Hello and welcome to my (Deonna's) Project of the Week Post..
Yep, I had no idea at first what to post for the Project of the Week at "The House that Stamps Built" for Repeat Impressions stamps today. I just knew i Wanted to create something For Valentines. (My Very Favorite Holiday)

I've chosen to make a "Windowed Valentine Pillow Box treat" .
I've never made a windowed pillow box before and i really like seeing the goodies on the inside.

Supplies used to Create

Stamps from Repeat Impressions-4316-I, Flowering Hearts , 1134-E, Valentine's
Copic Markers
White Cardstock
Patterned Paper-K&Company
Heart Punch-Stampin'up
Acetate
Red Hots-Inside the Box
Glue, Two-Sided Tape. Extra Small Glue dot
Sizzix Bigz Pillow Box die Or template would work

How to Create

1.Stamp and Color your Flowering Hearts with Copic Markers and cut around the image with scissors.
2.  Cut Two Pillow Boxes (one from plain Cardstock and one using PP), Fold Creases
3. Take the Pillow Box cut from the patterned paper and cut all of the flaps off (ends and side)
4. Layer the Patterned Paper die on top of the plain Pillow box pattern and glue
5.  Using your Heart Punch, punch the cardstock where you want the window to be.
6.  Cut a piece of Acetate large enough to cover the hole from the inside of the Pillow Box and Tape down.
7. Stamp your sentiment "Happy Valentines Day" on the back of the box on the Patterned Paper and Assemble Box.
8. Using a glue dot, attach your "Flowering Hearts" stamp cut out to the bottom of the heart Cut out. Fill your Box with your favorite treat and Your project is then complete.

Thank you for stopping By Today!
XOXO Deonna
