Late Night and a Fisherman

My son had the honor of going to a Colts PreSeason game last night with his football team.  The only problem is that I had to go pick him up at 11:30p from the school.  Of Course, he has a test today.  We studied on Wednesday night and some after school yesterday. I think that he understands it all because he is my Social Studies Whiz usually. I hope that he can pull it off today being so tired and all.
Anyway, while i was waiting for my phone call last night i created this card. This image is from "Cornish Heritage Farms" Called "Fisherman' My brother in laws birthday is fastly approaching so this card was made for him. I colored the image with my Copic markers, DP is from "The Outdoors Stack", RicRAc is from my stash and the stamps are from a piece of paper that i cut out and added. I really like using this burlap mesh on "manly" cards
.

Garden Wheelbarrow

This is another digital stamp from Cornish Heritage farms Called Flower Wheelbarrow. Isn't it wonderful?? It was on sale this month for only 99 cents. I'm really liking to color scenes lately so this was a must have for me.  The paper that i used for the background is from DCWV. I colored everything with my Copic markers (of course). The sentiment is from Whimsy Stamps and the trim i had in my stash along with the Bling.  Spellbinders oval and Scalloped oval was used to mount the Sentiment.

CAS Summer Inspiration

I immediately fell in love with this image from Cornish Heritage Farms. It was only 99 cents. I never in a million years thought that  i would actually want to color such detailed images, but i do and i love every minute of it! I guess practicing with my markers isn't such a bad thing anyway, is it?  I've really been into the outdoor stuff lately. It seems like that is where i'm really focused lately.

This is another card that i'm entering for the CAS group at The Outlawz challenge celebration going on right now.The challenge is to make a Clean and Simple card using a Summer Theme or the season in your country. This was colored with my Copic markers. I  used a Whimsy Sentiment and a Stampin'up Border punch and that's it.
