Mother's Day card for Cardmaking

I haven't made a Brayered Sky card in a long while, so i decided to give it a shot again. I needed to come up with a card for our monthly cardmaking venture at our church on April 29th.  I needed it to be simple enough anyone could make one and challenging enough for those advanced. This is what i came up with.

I used a new Stampin'up stamp set Called "Easter Blossoms" for the Branch. I embossed the image on the cardstock before doing anything else. I then Brayered the Blue sky with my adirondack ink and then the grass/ ground. I used my white gelly roll pen to accentuate the flowers of the tree. I used my new cricut cartridge called "Serenade" for the bird cage and the birds and stamped Happy Mother's Day in black on the bottom.

    Gorgeous card. Amazing work on the coloring too! I think you absolutely nailed the challenge. It's simple enough for beginners to recreate but at the same time challenging for the more advanced! Beautiful!
