Okay, I was so excited when i came up with this idea for this challenge! The challenge this week is "Use Something Wet" I used liquid Applique for my Whip Cream and Crystal lacquer with a drop of Vintage Photo distress ink to make the "Chocolate". The cone is Paper Pieced using the Clear Dollar Stamp set called "Scoops" Which just happens to be the Monthly featured digital stamp set. The Cherry on top comes from the new release this month called "Cherry on Top".
