Fantastic Weekend!

My Daughters first IEA (Interscholastic Equestrian Association)  Show was in Temperence Michigan this past weekend and Alina placed first in her x-rail event. What a Great way to start the season! She is such a good horse rider. I hope that we can continue on this trend for the season.

Well because of being gone this entire weekend i didn't have much time to make a card. This is a CAS card that i just came up with using this fabulous "Just inklined" digi.

Blue Flowers

 

Okay, today i've decided to post a card using the Lacey Glitter technique for the background.  It is so easy to do and i was able to use up some of my glass blue glitter. The image is from "Just Inklined" and was a freebie. It is called "Flowers Bramble Blossom".  I added a memory Box corner flourish to the 2 corners, found the leaf ribbon in my stash from RRR, colored the image with copic markers and added a K&Company butterfly sticker. I know some of you are surprised that this isn't a dearie Doll image, but i have one of those for tomorrow.

Graduation challenge at the Outlawz

     This is the card that i came up with for my Guest Design team position for the month of  June, at The Outlawz Copic marker Challenge. The theme is "Graduation". I decided to make a Masculine Graduation card this time.

Outside card

This is a Just Inklined digital stamp colored with Copics (N8,N6,N3, R24,R27,Y11,Y14,Y18, YR02,YR04,YR08, BV 11,BV13 and BV17) Paper from Provo Craft. I used a Quikutz star embossing folder, and Stampin'up scalloped circle punch.

Gardening Shelf

     I just love this digital stamp from Just Inklined. It is called "Gardening Shelf". I just knew that i had to have it. I colored it with my Copic markers, added vine punch down the side from Martha Stewart, flowers from Wild orchid, Whimsy Sentiment and die, and Mesh ribbon from Walmart.

     This is my new stamp that i purchased from Just Inklined. I just had to have this one called "Gardeners Delight"  along with the "Gardening shelf".  This was so much fun to color up with my Copic Markers. I used G21,24,26, BV11,13,15, E31,33,35,37,39, C1,C3,E11,E50. I just love all of the different colors used on this image.  The sentiment i used is from
a Stampin'up stamp set, Quikutz dies for garden tools and side branches, Corkboard paper for Sentiment and long the base and the DP is from K& Company.

Graduation Time

     I can't believe that we are fast approaching Graduation Time.  Our Public School Graduation Ceremony is the 26th.  Time sure does fly by, doesn't it? I've already sold numerous graduation cards at our church this year. Of course all of the proceeds go to our mission, so i thought that i should get on with some more. This image comes from Just Inklined and it is called "Dick Van Duck Graduate". All of my Graduation cards have been pretty CAS this year. I colored the image with Copics, used Spellbinders dies for the image, a Cuttlbug embossing folder for the background, Stampin up circle punches, added a tassle with a brad and Complete.

     My camera died right before i wanted to post this so i had to use my sons and it doesn't take the best pictures. Sorry.

Daddys day Card

     Hello everyone, I think that i'm finally on the mend. Our mission monthly Cardmaking went well at the Church last evening and i survived all of my kids activities.  Alina cantered our horse "WhyWhy" last night for the first time and he was able to jump low cross rails. He is some horse!  We are really impressed with his abilities to learn so fast after being a race horse for years. We have been given a true blessing.

     My card today is a masculine card for Fathers Day.  I found this image in my Digital stash and knew that i had to use it.  It come from "Just Inklined" and is called "Kiss the Cook". Isn't he Cool?? I'm really trying to find new textures to add to cards. If you have any suggestions please leave them in a comment. I think that flowers are beautiful on cards, but everyone does that. I found some jute ribbon that was braided to look like a rope that i really like.  I'm looking for new and unusual things.  I'm open to trying almost anything different.
