This will be the only Challenge in December at Clearly i Stamp for Clear Dollar Stamps due to the Christmas Holiday so you will not want to miss this challenge. Believe it or not the snowflakes on this card were made with Glow in the Dark duct tape, i just couldn't figure out a way to take a picture of them glowing. The Snowflakes do glow in the dark though.
